Fitness and food that know what day it is.
Foviq builds a new workout, meal plan, and recovery target every single day — shaped by your cycle, your body, and how you actually logged feeling this morning. Not a generic 12-week template.
Built for natural cycles, birth control, irregular cycles, perimenopause, and menopause — not just the textbook 28 days.
Today's readiness
Full effortWhere you are in your cycle
Most fitness and nutrition apps pretend every day is the same.
Energy, strength, appetite, and recovery capacity shift across your cycle — sometimes dramatically. Decades of exercise and nutrition science were built almost entirely on male physiology, and most consumer apps still hand you the same plan on day 3 as day 23.
Foviq starts from your actual physiology instead.
How it works
Three steps. Every day, it adapts again.
Tell us your reality
Cycle type — natural, birth control, irregular, perimenopause, or postmenopause — plus goals, equipment, and any health flags. Five minutes, editable anytime.
Check in, 20 seconds
Energy, sleep, pain, mood, symptoms. Every field is optional — a partial log still beats no log.
Get today's plan
A full day: a workout scaled to your real readiness, meals inside your calorie and macro targets, hydration and sleep targets, and a plain-English "why" behind every choice.
What Foviq is
Foviq is a web application that builds a personalised daily training and nutrition plan for people who menstruate. You tell it your cycle type, your goals, the equipment you have, and any dietary restrictions or health conditions. Each morning you log how you actually feel — energy, sleep, pain, mood — in about twenty seconds.
From that, Foviq generates a workout scaled to your readiness that day, a set of meals inside your calorie and macro targets, and hydration and sleep goals. Every plan shows the reasoning behind it: which factors raised or lowered today's intensity, and by how much. Exercises and recipes come from our own reviewed libraries, and all nutrition figures are calculated from real ingredient data rather than estimated.
Using Foviq requires a free account. You can register with an email address and password, or sign in with Google. If you choose Google, Foviq receives your email address and a basic profile identifier, used only to create and sign you into your account — never to post anything or to read anything else from your Google account.
Foviq is a general wellness product, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. How your data is handled is set out in full in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Why it's different
Built as a consumer wellness platform first — not a fitness tracker with a cycle feature bolted on.
Readiness-aware training
Every session adjusts to a real readiness score computed from how you logged today — not a fixed 12-week program that ignores what kind of day it actually is.
Real food, real math
Every recipe's calories and macros are computed from real ingredient data, never estimated by AI. A meal that doesn't fit your day swaps for one that does.
Nothing's a black box
Every plan explains itself: the exact factors behind today's intensity and their weight — not a vague, unfalsifiable "AI recommendation."
Built for how bodies actually vary
Natural cycles, birth control with or without a bleed, irregular cycles, perimenopause, postmenopause — each gets its own logic, not a bolt-on afterthought.
Safety before optimization
A brief, non-judgmental screen adjusts defaults automatically if certain patterns show up. No numbers, no shame, ever, if you'd rather not see them.
Hide-numbers mode
One toggle removes every calorie, weight, and macro figure from the entire app — the plan still works, it just stops showing the numbers.
Consumer wellness held to a higher bar than “move fast.”
This is a health app. It gets held to the standard one deserves, not the standard that's fastest to ship.
- Never diagnoses, never guesses at a cause — red-flag patterns get calm guidance to see a clinician, not an alarm.
- Separate, specific consent for health data and for AI processing of it — never bundled into a terms-of-service checkbox.
- Full data export and deletion, any time, from settings — no support ticket required.
- If the model can't produce a safe plan, you still get a complete, real one — built deterministically from a real exercise and recipe library, never an error screen.

Questions
Does this work if I'm on birth control?
Yes. Onboarding asks whether you bleed on your current method, and the plan logic branches from there — it never assumes a natural hormonal cycle you don't actually have.
What if my cycle is irregular, or I don't track one at all?
Irregular cycles and no-period profiles (including perimenopause and postmenopause) are first-class options, not an afterthought. With less cycle data, the plan leans more on how you're logging feeling day to day — it still gives you something real, just labeled honestly as a starting point.
Is this medical advice?
No. Foviq never diagnoses and never guesses at a cause. If something in your logs looks like it's worth a clinician's attention, you get calm, specific guidance to bring it up — not a diagnosis, not a scare.
What happens to my data?
Health data and AI-processing consent are recorded separately from each other and from account terms — never one bundled checkbox. You can export or delete everything from settings at any time.
Is it free right now?
Yes — Foviq is in early access and free to join. Pricing for the full product hasn't been finalized yet.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Every AI-generated plan is checked against your actual constraints — allergens, equipment, calorie targets — before it ever reaches you. If a generation fails that check or the model is unavailable, you still get a complete plan built deterministically from the real exercise and recipe library, with a small note that it happened. You never see an error in place of a plan.
